Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and assess customer repayment problems and convince customers to prioritize repayment to Mashreq to meet recovery targets.
  • •Follow up leads to establish contact, engage customers, and help them amicably settle outstanding liabilities while meeting daily call targets.
  • •Review accounts and propose settlements in line with the approved process and delegation matrix for approvals.
  • •Maintain compliant customer communications using approved formats/media, record interactions, update the collection system, and follow up on settlement agreements until adherence and closure.
  • •Use MIS reports to improve recoveries, ensure timely closure of settled accounts, legal case release, and issuance of clearance letters.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking or a similar field with continuous customer engagement and target-oriented responsibilities.
  • •Good knowledge of business products and prevailing legal laws relevant to recoveries.
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage customers and drive repayment prioritization.
  • •Ability to work under pressure while staying customer focused.
  • •Knowledge of and adherence to relevant CPR guidelines and confidentiality in customer follow-ups.
