Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production-grade AI data processing pipelines for financial content, including text, table, layout, and audio/video processing, plus deduplication, clustering, standardization, and validation.
  • •Build layered financial knowledge bases with source documents, structured facts, entities/events, and indices (full-text, vector, relationship data) with rich metadata management.
  • •Engineer and operate production RAG services including query processing, permission/time filtering, multi-route retrieval, reranking integration, context assembly, and evidence citation.
  • •Design extensible AI data processing and knowledge-engineering/indexing frameworks to support new sources, formats, languages, and incremental updates with version governance.
  • •Establish quality, reliability, and cost systems for processing and retrieval, including metrics (accuracy, coverage, citation completeness, latency/stability) and root-cause analysis; collaborate with data, algorithms, product, and compliance teams for production rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in backend, data platforms, ML engineering, or AI application engineering.
  • •Proficiency in Python and at least one of Java or another backend language, with strong distributed systems and service interface design skills.
  • •Production experience with LLMs, NLP, or ML systems, including orchestration, failure recovery, version governance, and online issue resolution.
  • •Production experience with knowledge engineering or RAG systems, including structured/semi-structured/unstructured processing and end-to-end ingestion-to-retrieval-to-citation pipelines.
