Key Responsibilities

  • •Support general management with planning and coordinating internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year strategic plan.
  • •Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify high-potential expansion areas and structure new service offerings.
  • •Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers, new ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • •Liaise with Group teams across regions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) to align on existing and new business development initiatives.
  • •Lead strategic workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate senior reflection on new strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or M&A.
  • •Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience leading strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Quantitative and modelling skills, including data analysis and forecasting.
