Key Responsibilities

•Develop Receiver and Exciter architecture and flow down requirements.
•Define interfaces between Receiver Exciter subsystem and other subsystems; support signal processing algorithm definition.
•Resolve complex technical issues during design, integration, and test; analyze IQ data to identify performance issues.
•Lead small development teams and participate in design for manufacturing and transition to production reviews.
•Interface with customers on status; coordinate system integration planning and calibration solutions; travel between MA sites.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree (bachelor's or higher) with 10+ years of prior work experience; an advanced degree with 7+ years is also acceptable.
•Experience with Radar Receiver/Exciter signal processing techniques and methods.
•Experience with analytical tools such as MATLAB.
•Experience with Radar Receiver/Exciter system and subsystem analysis, design and/or test.
•Ability to lead small development teams and collaborate across functions.
