Director of Estimating - Semiconductor Manufacturing

Lead and develop a team of Estimators and Cost Managers delivering cost management services for large-scale semiconductor construction projects. Own client engagement and service excellence, including research on construction market conditions, producing thought-leadership reports, and managing financial performance. Drive strategy, quality compliance (including ISO and SOX where applicable), knowledge management, and process improvement while supporting proposals/RFPs, business development, and mentoring.
