•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory cycles, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining sales floor/stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow retail policies and procedures.
