Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and related regulations. Oversee incident investigation, OSHA 300 recordkeeping, safety training (including lockout/tagout and forklift procedures), and contractor safety programs. Serve as a key liaison during regulatory inspections, manage SDSs and environmental permits, and support safety teams to drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and manage safety and environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
•Investigate incidents, injuries, and property losses; prepare detailed reports and presentations, and maintain OSHA 300 log accuracy.
•Conduct safety orientations and administer required safety training (including forklift operation and lockout/tagout).
•Serve as the primary liaison with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory bodies and support inspections as needed.
•Manage SDSs, contractor safety compliance, workers compensation and insurance claims, and support safety capital expenditure and MOC processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical skills to assess safety data and identify trends.
•Ability to develop and deliver safety training and effectively communicate information.
