Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers and the Box Consulting team to define and build complex solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Advise enterprises on application design (e.g., custom document vault) and on migrating large volumes of files into Box.
  • •Architect and implement integrations for Box, including integrating Box into customer systems such as custom CRM.
  • •Develop solution architecture strategy, project scope documentation, statements of work, and technical/business requirements for customer engagements.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, maximize opportunities, and support pre-sales scoping and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • •Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions (e.g., APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, scale and rate limits).
  • •Experience with one or more of: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
