Cost Consultant / Senior Cost Consultant (Mechanical & Electrical)

Support or lead cost management delivery, including producing and presenting final cost plans, preparing construction cost estimate reports across design stages, and managing cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation. Advise on value engineering, LEED analysis, and life-cycle costing, negotiate and approve final accounts, and liaise with clients and consultants. Prepare mechanical and electrical (MEP) cost estimates for real estate projects across Canada while also identifying business development opportunities.
