Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design of user experiences across printer hardware interfaces, control panel operating systems and UI, PC and mobile software, and onboarding/setup flows.
  • •Work with designers, researchers, product managers, software, firmware, and program teams to understand user needs, technical considerations, product goals, and deliverables.
  • •Assist with qualitative and quantitative research, including usability studies, concept validation, competitive reviews, experience audits, and customer journey analysis.
  • •Translate research inputs into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, visual concepts, specifications, and design recommendations.
  • •Use design systems to ensure consistency; participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and help document design rationale and implementation guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Experience Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • •Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
  • •Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition (excluding internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
  • •Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027 and not require sponsorship in the future.
  • •Foundational understanding of user-centered design and end-to-end experience design.
