Own P6 CPM scheduling and cost/progress tracking for greenfield data center builds end-to-end, from baseline through closeout. Build and maintain integrated schedules, drive schedule compression on critical paths, and quantify recovery options in days and dollars. Lead schedule reviews with GC and trade partners, create reporting cadence (look-aheads, earned value, milestone dashboards), and close out with as-built schedules and cost records for audit-ready next baselines.
