Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors; build and execute a plan for cultivating donors from private and public sectors to maximize revenue.
  • •Design and execute engagement opportunities that move donors through the lifecycle (donor communications and engagement events).
  • •Collaborate with local Executive Director and team to build relationships with advisory boards and focus on new donor strategy and acquisition.
  • •Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity in the CRM system to track progress and adjust strategy.
  • •Steward team and organizational initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 122,800 annually
