Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and ensure they have a memorable shopping experience, making them feel welcomed, listened to, and advised.
•Provide personalized consultations to visitors based on customer type and product category.
•Support the store director and Specialists in daily store activities and operations.
•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to changes in strategy and new action plans from managers.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries, ensuring efficient inventory flow.

Key Requirements

•Diploma di scuola superiore; good knowledge of English, French is a plus
•Previous sales/retail experience in a multinational environment is preferred
•Strong customer service mindset and ability to contribute to store targets
•Dynamic, flexible, proactive and team-oriented with problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs and ability to adapt to strategic changes in-store
