Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • •Operate and field check process equipment; monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
  • •Perform tasks per a standard task list (field checks, equipment preparation, samples) and ensure alignment with plant and business goals.
  • •Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process deviations and maintain equipment reliability; perform minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Initiate and participate in root cause investigations, coach and train others, and respond to unplanned events while managing plant control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) plus an Associate’s degree (or higher) in Process Technology (or related degree); alternatively 3+ years of relevant military experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •3+ years of experience as an Operations Technician (or similar) in a Chemical, Oil and Gas, or Manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
  • •Able to work night and weekends as required.
  • •Current, valid US driver’s license and ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship/support).
