Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using Next.js on the frontend and FastAPI, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
•Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies.
•Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows.
•Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure.
•Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, full-stack engineering, or both.
•Experience building full-stack products from scratch across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
•Strong prompt engineering, prompt management, and A/B testing of LLM behaviors in production.
•Experience with complex system integrations (EHRs, VOIP, external APIs) and repairing messy systems.
•Ability to own and ship end-to-end features with fast iteration cycles.
