Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using Next.js on the frontend and FastAPI, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
  • •Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies.
  • •Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows.
  • •Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure.
  • •Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, full-stack engineering, or both.
  • •Experience building full-stack products from scratch across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
  • •Strong prompt engineering, prompt management, and A/B testing of LLM behaviors in production.
  • •Experience with complex system integrations (EHRs, VOIP, external APIs) and repairing messy systems.
