Buyer - Decor

Develop strategic buying plans for the decor category by identifying and selecting product ranges, analyzing consumer demand and market trends, and maintaining supplier relationships. Negotiate commercial terms, manage inventory in partnership with the Merchandise Planner, and ensure competitive product assortments across stores and territories. Present ideas to senior management, create promotional plans with marketing, and travel for trade fairs and supplier meetings. Train and mentor junior staff.
