Key Responsibilities

  • •Own category-level supply planning and buy recommendations using demand inputs, inventory, lead times, vendor capacity, and buy readiness; create and route SAP purchase requisitions
  • •Provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs to inventory planning, including expected receipts, inventory position, and risks/opportunities
  • •Monitor demand and supply timing in SAP using Excel-based trackers, identify exceptions (stockouts/excess/past-due supply), and re-phase supply to improve service and inventory
  • •Partner with demand planning on capacity/material constraints to align forecasts to feasible supply, recommend prioritization, and communicate impacts
  • •Lead or participate in planning improvement projects, including SAP utilization and Excel-based reporting/analytics, and provide ad hoc analysis for leadership decisions

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a corporate supply chain environment, ideally in demand and supply planning
  • •Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros
  • •Experience with reporting tools such as Brio, SAP Business Objects, or Power BI
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to solve problems using analytical skills
  • •Experience with project planning and implementation, plus SAP system experience is a plus
