Customer Experience Banker - Camden Downtown

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch banking setting, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while maintaining daily balance. The role also includes a disciplined sales approach, outbound follow-up, referral sourcing, and educating customers on deposit offerings and how to deepen relationships across the bank.
