Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the EMEA P&L and build/execute a strategic roadmap to drive ARR hyper-growth from initial land to enterprise-wide expansion.
  • •Stand up and launch Deepgram’s London office as an EMEA hub for events, executive briefings, partner sessions, and the team you build.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and lead Account Executives; manage Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a dotted-line structure with a “Challenger” selling culture.
  • •Act as the voice of EMEA internally—translating field signals (deal losses, evaluation criteria, data residency/compliance, language/accent coverage) into prioritized product input.
  • •Implement forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management across multiple countries, languages, and buying cultures, bridging London and US HQ.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) covering EMEA (UK plus at least one of DACH, the Nordics, France, or Southern Europe).
  • •Deep fascination with AI, LLMs, and API-first products, comfortable discussing technical architecture alongside revenue targets.
  • •Proven track record scaling a regional business from early traction to high-scale maturity, with $10M+ ARR growth experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build channel programs that materially contribute to total revenue mix.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari) and commitment to data-driven decision-making.
