Job Summary

Own the customer experience from estimate through on-site delivery for assigned sales orders. Lead turnover/kickoff at point of sale, coordinating engineering, submittals approvals, scheduling with production, transportation, and customer communication. Monitor project cost compliance and progress, proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track, prepare change order proposals, and manage required submittals/approvals while working cross-functionally across sales, inside sales, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities for assigned sales orders from estimate to on-site delivery.
•Manage multiple sales orders concurrently, including kickoff/turnover meetings to confirm scope and review estimates.
•Coordinate project scheduling with production and keep customers updated from production through delivery.
•Provide direction and oversight across the project team (engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, accounting).
•Prepare change order proposals, manage submittals/approvals, monitor progress, and proactively remove obstacles to stay on schedule.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (Civil Engineering preferred).
•3+ years of Project Management experience.
•Ability to manage multiple large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
•Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
