Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate robotic systems hands-on as an ongoing core part of the role.
  • •Onboard, train, and coach teleoperation operators while monitoring performance and demonstration data quality.
  • •Establish and improve QA processes, data custody/tracking/reporting, and investigate issues.
  • •Act as the bridge between operations and engineering teams, translating feedback and engineering guidance into operator instructions.
  • •Support engineering in improving data collection pipelines and interfaces based on operational insight.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, or a technical environment.
  • •Completed or in-progress technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • •Exposure to teleoperation or VR-based gaming and control systems is a plus.
  • •Strong communication and documentation skills to convey technical concepts across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Proven ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency.
