Key Responsibilities

  • •Go on-call to respond to mission-critical incidents and resolve problems before customers are impacted.
  • •Diagnose, resolve, and proactively prevent issues encountered in the field, including scripting to automate manual tasks.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase the scalability and reliability of Foundry workflows for customers.
  • •Identify recurring pain points and inefficiencies, and take initiative to automate or streamline workflows.
  • •Advocate for and implement product enhancements based on field insights and share best practices through clear documentation.
