Key Responsibilities

•Own transformation engagements end to end, setting plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution against outcomes.
•Map workflows with customers to identify highest-value opportunities and build roadmaps for reimagining workflows with Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation.
•Coordinate cross-functional delivery and reinforce adoption through structured change management (enablement, usage monitoring, blocker resolution).
•Build executive relationships and advise senior legal leadership on governance, talent, process, and KPIs for AI-native operating models.
•Hand off engagements to the Customer Success Manager with documented adoption summaries, open risks, and next steps; contribute learnings to improve playbooks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory at Engagement Manager/Project Leader level, owning complex transformation programs end to end (scoping, stakeholder alignment, delivery, measurable outcomes).
•Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs at enterprise organizations (ideally legal, financial services, or professional services).
•Exceptional executive presence and ability to lead conversations with senior partners and C-suite leaders in demanding environments.
•Strong program management instincts to own the plan, surface risk early, and drive to outcomes.
•Genuine curiosity about AI for the future of legal work; comfort operating in ambiguity and building when the playbook is still being written.
