Job Summary

Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology while building rapport with customers. Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site, and educate homeowners on how to use their new systems. Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace. You’ll receive comprehensive paid training (virtual and on-the-job) and ongoing coaching as part of a nationally recognized field team.

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their system to protect their families.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Use company-provided tools and technology to perform job duties.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
•Ability to successfully pass a post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

•Technical aptitude to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems (security cameras, smart locks, home automation).
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet, working in confined spaces like attics.
