Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously improve Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) functionality and drive system enhancements.
  • •Implement and maintain manufacturing workflows, routings, and Final Integration Procedures (FIP) within MES and related platforms.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI; analyze data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
  • •Work across SAP, MES, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to ensure data integrity and support system integration and automation projects.
  • •Partner with global engineering and system support teams to resolve issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives across sites and functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, manufacturing systems, or related environments.
  • •Experience with MES platforms (SAP ME experience is a significant advantage).
  • •Strong familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • •High proficiency with AI tools and digital assistants such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
