Job Summary

Support daily manufacturing operations by improving and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related workflows. Manage manufacturing routings and Final Integration Procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI), analyze manufacturing data to find trends and bottlenecks, and apply AI-powered digital tools to improve decision-making. Partner across engineering, operations, IT, and global teams to drive system integration (SAP, SharePoint, Smartsheet) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Continuously improve Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) functionality and drive system enhancements.
•Implement and maintain manufacturing workflows, routings, and Final Integration Procedures (FIP) within MES and related platforms.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI; analyze data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
•Work across SAP, MES, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to ensure data integrity and support system integration and automation projects.
•Partner with global engineering and system support teams to resolve issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives across sites and functions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, manufacturing systems, or related environments.
•Experience with MES platforms (SAP ME experience is a significant advantage).
•Strong familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
•High proficiency with AI tools and digital assistants such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
