Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, external platforms, and prime brokers.
  • •Escalate and drive timely resolution of outstanding breaks and investigate booking discrepancies.
  • •Track and manage trade lifecycle events including expiries, cashflows, and marking positions.
  • •Support trade capture for FX strategies and address P&L inquiries related to trades.
  • •Identify process gaps and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in investment management or fund operations.
  • •Working knowledge of production FX spot, forwards, NDFs, swaps, and exotic FX options.
  • •Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and FX trade flow support.
  • •Familiarity with OMS platforms and prime broker portals such as Bloomberg AIM, Orchestrade, or Geneva.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
