Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead by example to motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • •Support the Store Manager with coaching and developing individual team members and maintaining luxury service standards.
  • •Drive client-centric growth by leading CRM initiatives, cultivating long-term VIP relationships, and engaging high-net-worth clients.
  • •Support upselling, cross-selling, and brand storytelling to enhance the client journey.
  • •Monitor KPIs and oversee daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, reporting, and team scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience, including a leadership role within luxury fashion and/or watches & jewellery.
