Cost Manager (Post-contract)

Support the Commission Manager with post-contract cost management for construction projects in Dubai. Own allocated tasks to deliver accurate, timely work—administering interim applications, change control, variation valuations, and extension of time claims. Monitor post-contract expenditures and forecasts against approved budgets, validate contractor invoices and change orders, and produce cost reports and financial reconciliations. Communicate complex financial information clearly while identifying and mitigating cost risks.
