Senior Construction Project Manager

Manage multi-million dollar construction, energy services, and HVAC controls projects end to end—from validating scope, cost, and schedule to change order management and customer satisfaction. Lead project teams and serve as the primary stakeholder contact. Oversee project financials, cash flow, forecasting, backlog reviews, scheduling (critical path, milestones, resourcing), and project administration through contract compliance, documentation, safety, and governing agency requirements.
