Key Responsibilities

•Conduct research into risk and portfolio strategy topics such as sources of return, common factor exposures, and emerging market stressors.
•Build out infrastructure to systematically identify insights and perform ad-hoc analyses of strategy performance.
•Communicate findings to senior management to drive outcomes and optimization of portfolios.
•Liaise with technology and support teams to resolve daily production/operational issues and ensure data integrity.
•Assist in monitoring risk controls and contribute to improving performance and capital deployment for systematic strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A minimum of 1 year of experience with quantitative strategies in an investment, research, or risk position.
•Motivated self-starter with enthusiasm for learning new things in Quantitative Finance.
•Strong coding skills in Python and databases.
•Strong mathematical and statistical modeling.
•Comfort with analysis of large datasets, high-level attention to detail.
