Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operational performance of guard force and reception vendors, ensuring training compliance and documentation integrity.
  • •Coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for real-time monitoring, rapid response, and effective escalation management.
  • •Support the Regional Director in vendor management, including performance reviews and implementing corrective actions to close service gaps while ensuring contractual compliance.
  • •Design and implement field security programs, lead SOP and training rollouts, and track KPIs and deliverables.
  • •Support budget planning and forecasting, monitor expenditures and vendor invoices, and provide procurement-related financial insights while partnering with IT, Legal, HR, and Facilities for standardization and localization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6+ years of progressively responsible security experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles.
  • •Experience in security operations and vendor management.
  • •Strong incident management and crisis leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • •Robust written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to engage internal and external stakeholders.
