Maintenance Area Manager

Lead the Maintenance Department’s transition to systematic, systems-based problem solving to improve machinery uptime and reliability. Drive continuous improvement using lean tools (6S, process management, TPM, standardized work) and predictive/preventative maintenance. Manage multiple projects with a focus on safety, cost effectiveness, and resource allocation, including spare parts, vendor/contractor oversight, and coordination with EHS to meet regulatory requirements. Develop direct reports and build technical capability.
