Job Summary

Assembles and installs electrical and/or mechanical components for routine sub-assemblies under close supervision, following operation sequences from blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and shop practices. Prepares for assembly using small hand tools, maintains accurate traceability records per SOP, and partners with Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet daily/monthly production targets and quality requirements. Supports continuous improvement/lean practices and adheres to EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components according to specified operations and sequences.
•Use small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) to complete assembly tasks.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing to help ensure on-time delivery by meeting daily and monthly production targets.
•Ensure compliance with process specifications and parameters in SOP and maintain accurate traceability data and records, while supporting CI/lean practices and EH&S standards.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years of related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
