Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) New Berlin, WI (Full-time 30 Hours)

Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Provide an excellent client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, and submitting credit applications. Proactively support a digital-first approach by demonstrating self-service tools and leveraging resources to optimize service accuracy and operational excellence.
