Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an independent current and forward-looking view of client creditworthiness and communicate it to business and risk partners.
  • •Perform monitoring actions including periodic deal reviews and execute decisions to renew or modify deals.
  • •Partner with Credit Risk, Senior Portfolio Managers, and Relationship Managers to actively manage the bank’s exposure to clients in the portfolio.
  • •Analyze historical financials and projections to support accurate risk ratings and early identification of emerging credit problems, including articulation of industry trends.
  • •Manage underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions (e.g., new money, loan extensions, amendments, waivers) and provide interpretation of lending policies; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
