Key Responsibilities

•Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
•Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing).
•Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
•Represent the company story clearly and authentically throughout the process.
•Leverage ATS tools and data to optimize hiring processes while meeting recruiting KPIs.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in SaaS/tech (or equivalent transferable experience).
•Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with US/go-to-market hiring.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward decisions.
•Background in sales or customer success is a plus.
