Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage regulatory deliverables within established timeframes in a collaborative team environment.
  • •Develop and maintain engagement methodology, driving prep work with business leaders and resources.
  • •Coordinate regulatory engagement planning, reporting, and updates to senior management with clear, actionable summaries.
  • •Participate in regulatory engagements, including documentation and quality assurance review of evidence prior to submission to examiners.
  • •Oversee regulatory responses across the full lifecycle, including integrating commitments into proactive risk management and monitoring remediation/corrective actions by deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these
  • •At least 7 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, consulting, or internal Audit
  • •At least 3 years of experience in people management
  • •Understand the regulatory environment and closely follow regulatory policy and developments in banking and financial services
