Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership for the Safe and Secure team, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling to meet facility goals.
  • •Build relationships with facility leadership and support associate safety, site safety, physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • •Manage safe and secure technologies and access processes, including gate controls and card access/badge issuance with Safe and Secure Technicians.
  • •Oversee theft/fraud processes, including stolen vehicle reporting, vehicle exception research/tracking, and conducting relevant internal/external inquiries with partners.
  • •Complete production walks, lead new hire Safe and Secure training, support EHS protocol implementation, and track/report KPIs and exceptions to identify trends and root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience supervising and managing a team.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical, data-driven judgment.
  • •Experience implementing risk mitigation programs and investigating/resolving theft and fraud issues.
  • •Experience leading OSHA program implementation and knowledge of Microsoft systems.
