We’re seeking a senior Meta Ads operator to coach founders of ecommerce brands from Foundr’s Operators Membership. You’ll audit multiple accounts, diagnose bottlenecks across creative, targeting, funnel and offer, and deliver clear, commercially grounded recommendations. The role involves leading live coaching sessions, bi-weekly pulse checks, and strategic guidance to scale performance across a portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and diagnose Meta ad accounts across multiple ecommerce brands
•Identify bottlenecks across creative, targeting, funnel and offer
•Deliver clear, commercially grounded recommendations to founders
•Lead bi-weekly 15-minute pulse checks and 1-1 coaching with Foundr students
•Guide founders on testing strategy, scaling decisions, and optimisation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in paid media or performance marketing (ecommerce focused)
•Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
•Experience working with brands spending 10K+ per day on paid advertising
•Strong understanding of creative testing and iteration, campaign structure and optimisation, conversion rate and funnel performance, unit economics (CAC, AOV, MER)
•Clear communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights and coach founders live
