Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative and primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • •Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout to align with client objectives.
  • •Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk, including governance, reporting, and project controls to support decision-making.
  • •Monitor schedules and financial performance (budgets, forecasts, contingencies, and change orders) and implement recommendations to protect outcomes.
  • •Coordinate design teams and contractors/vendors, review deliverables and submittals, support permitting/occupancy/turnover/closeout, and deliver executive-level updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •7-10+ years of project management experience, including acting as an Owner’s Representative or managing projects on behalf of owners.
  • •Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • •Experience leading large-scale construction, capital improvement, renovation, or development projects.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
