Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections to identify problems in watches
•Carry out basic interventions such as bracelet changes, adjustments, water resistance checks, accuracy testing, battery changes, and time setting
•Utilize technical and IT applications for all after-sales operations
•Manage repair stock including procurement
•Provide reliable, precise, first-class customer service and advise customers on product information

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of professional experience in the watch industry
•Proven expertise in luxury watches, including vintage pieces, and broad knowledge of the watch market
•Strong customer- and service-orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
•Excellent communication skills in German and English
•Knowledge of stock management is a plus
