Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections to identify problems in watches
  • •Carry out basic interventions such as bracelet changes, adjustments, water resistance checks, accuracy testing, battery changes, and time setting
  • •Utilize technical and IT applications for all after-sales operations
  • •Manage repair stock including procurement
  • •Provide reliable, precise, first-class customer service and advise customers on product information

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in the watch industry
  • •Proven expertise in luxury watches, including vintage pieces, and broad knowledge of the watch market
  • •Strong customer- and service-orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • •Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • •Knowledge of stock management is a plus
