Key Responsibilities

•Support the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
•Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit, motivation, and communication.
•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate ATS candidate records and support recruiting process improvements as the team scales.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
