Job Summary

Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency Platform and Cloud Management/Operations Automation Platform. Partner with frontline R&D and Ops teams to translate pain points across CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Management, and multi-cloud management into clear product solutions. Lead functional and process design for core modules, drive an AI-native evolution (AI Agent/LLM productization, self-healing, ChatOps), and continuously optimize value using data-driven metrics like DORA, MTTR, and utilization/cost.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency Platform and Cloud Management/Operations Automation Platform.
•Uncover frontline pain points across CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Management, and multi-cloud management, and translate them into product solutions.
•Lead functional and process design of core modules including CI/CD, Change Management, security gates, and full-lifecycle multi-cloud resource management.
•Drive AI-native evolution, planning AI Agent/LLM productization for intelligent review, pipeline self-healing, intelligent cloud orchestration, and ChatOps.
•Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security to onboard business systems and improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality, using a metrics system to continuously optimize value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in a Computer Science related field, with 3+ years of B2B/platform product management experience.
•Deep understanding of the DevOps/CI/CD lifecycle and software delivery process.
•Experience with at least one product form among Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), multi-cloud management, R&D efficiency platforms, or IDPs.
•Strong requirement insight, structured thinking, and product design skills.
•Knowledge of AI/LLM productization (Agent, RAG, ChatOps) and embedding AI into products; data-driven decision-making skills.
