Key Responsibilities

  • •Own package-level and wafer-level reliability qualification and testing for new silicon designs and manufacturing technologies
  • •Plan, develop, execute, and analyze reliability test campaigns aligned with JEDEC and related standards
  • •Develop and procure custom test hardware, fixturing, burn-in boards, and environmental testing systems
  • •Design and develop PCBs and electrical interfaces for reliability test fixtures and monitoring systems
  • •Use software automation and data acquisition tools to control test equipment, log telemetry, and analyze reliability data to drive design and process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or another engineering discipline
  • •1+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability, packaging reliability, or a similar high-reliability industry
  • •Hands-on experience with HTOL and other accelerated life tests (including wafer-level tests like TDDB/EM/HCI)
  • •Experience developing or procuring custom test hardware such as burn-in boards, sockets, or fixturing
  • •Familiarity with programming/automation for test control and data analysis (Python preferred)
