Maintenance Team Leader (Supervisor) - 2nd Shift

Lead and develop a maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. Drive environmental, health, and safety and food safety quality programs while overseeing preventive maintenance execution and continuous improvement to reduce downtime. Manage work order accuracy and documentation in SAP, coordinate contractor maintenance services, and own maintenance metrics and performance reporting, including root-cause analysis and reliability initiatives.
