Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care, including educating patients and the public about health conditions and offering advice and emotional support to patients and families.
  • •Assess, reassess, and collect pertinent patient health data; analyze assessment information to determine nursing diagnoses and care outcomes.
  • •Create, evaluate, and document patient care plans with the interprofessional team, collaborating with patients and bystanders.
  • •Monitor vital signs, recognize and address abnormalities, administer medications, and manage side effects and reactions.
  • •Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including performing essential life support (as within scope) and supporting safe admission, transfer, and discharge.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority, with required qualifications and experience.
  • •Manage your own professional re-licensure.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
  • •Be willing to work across departments when necessary.
