Job Summary

Senior Finance business partner to Engineering and R&D, driving strategic finance, venture funding, and growth initiatives. Identify, evaluate and secure non-dilutive funding (WBSO, Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator), manage grants, and develop budgets, forecasts and business cases. Translate technical concepts into financial insights, support budgeting and long-range planning, and assist with audits and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a finance business partner to the Engineering and R&D teams.
•Identify, evaluate and secure non-dilutive funding opportunities, including WBSO, EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe and other regional or national schemes. Manage grant applications from initial assessment through submission, compliant reporting and audit close-out
•Develop budgets, forecasts and business cases for the businesses you are supporting and innovational projects
•Perform budget versus actual analysis and provide actionable insights
•Support annual budgeting, long-range planning and strategic decision-making
