•Mentor and up-level junior and mid-level engineers via pair programming, code reviews, technical guidance, and architectural discussions.
•Write production-quality C++ and Python and set engineering excellence standards (CI/CD, unit testing, large-codebase collaboration, git workflows).
•Prototype and develop state-of-the-art software in an agile environment, guiding solutions from prototype to deployed tactical implementation.
•Own the full software development lifecycle and communicate complex technical concepts to colleagues, customers, and non-technical stakeholders.

•Experience working with large, complex codebases in collaborative teams.

•Background in big data/NoSQL/database technologies, machine learning (supervised/unsupervised, clustering/classification), and applied mathematics/engineering (e.g., optimization, statistics, differential equations, controls/estimation/DSP).
