Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement company procedures and project objectives on site, including project takeover from inception through construction and handover.
  • •Coordinate requirements identification and elicitation, analyze and document requirements, and verify end deliverables.
  • •Create project and workstream plans, define success criteria, establish construction programs and long-lead/nomination schedules, and manage project communications/documents.
  • •Proactively manage project scope changes, risks/issues, crises, contingency plans, and variations/deviations from BOQ or orders with approvals.
  • •Manage project delivery by running site progress meetings, reporting progress/costs, handling contractual/commercial issues, overseeing snag-list completion/closeout, and supporting design/QS documentation review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering; Project Management/Construction Management Certification preferred.
  • •10+ years extensive fit-out site experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role leading and managing independent client retail projects.
  • •Proven track record planning, managing, and delivering fit-out projects across the full lifecycle within budget and timelines.
  • •Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams (including finance and merchandisers).
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment with discretion over work priorities.
