Job Summary

Serve as the technical expert for Freshworks’ UKI business, closing new opportunities and providing deep pre-sales consultation for strategic mid-market and enterprise accounts. Drive thought leadership, lead big-deal technical conversations, and create reusable assets based on domain expertise and market trends. Represent the GTM team to product, mentor regional solution engineers, scope successful POCs, collaborate with partners, and deliver sales presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and demos.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical expert to support UKI growth by closing new business opportunities and consulting/selling to strategic prospects.
•Provide deep technical consultation across the sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers.
•Lead large deal conversations and participate in pre-sales activities such as technical presentations, POC engagements, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and technical workshops.
•Scope and ensure the success of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions.
•Mentor and lead regional solution engineers while representing the GTM voice into the product organization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS/software product environments.
•Experience with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
•Strong senior customer stakeholder communication skills, including CxO-level communication.
•Experience working on complex sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise segments.
•Excellent communication, listening, and presentation/demonstration skills with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
